Currently, we are partnered with a large hospital health system that has multiple opportunities within the Outpatient Clinic setting. This organization is an integrated healthcare provider that has a passion for providing the highest level of healthcare services and wellness services to the many people in their surrounding areas. At this moment, they are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist that is familiar with working in this type of environment. They are offering competitive hourly rates for full-time and part-time opportunities.

Shifts

• Full-time Role: Monday-Friday – 11:30 am-8 pm. Only one Saturday morning per month.
• Part-time Role: 4 days, 6 hours: 7:30 am-4 pm. No weekends, no on-calls.

• Mammography Technologists will have an excellent understanding of breast anatomy.
• Will need to have a good sense of professional judgment and critical thinking, as well as high levels of accuracy in breast positioning.
• Expected to work efficiently with the Lead Technologist and welcome the tasks assigned.
• Mammography Technologists are expected to have great skills working with patients and remain sensitive to all their needs.
• Performing an array of procedures of general radiology, bone densitometry, and breast health services will be a daily assignment.
• Mammo Tech needs to have a sound display of oral and written communication skills.
• Strong drive with high levels of self-motivation and the ability to balance multiple tasks at a time
• Proficient Computer Skills will be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Mammography is strongly preferred
• Experience with Bone Density is a plus
• ARRT Registered in General X-Ray, Mammography

Certifications

• BLS Certification
• RT (R) or RT (R) (M)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29.51 - $40.64 per hour
