Position: MALS-49 Aviation Logistics Analyst (Intermediate)

Summary:

PKL Services Inc. has an immediate opening for an Aviation Logistics Analyst (Intermediate) in supporting the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing out of Joint Reserve Base McGuire-Dix in Lakehurst, NJ. This position is to provide Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron (MALS-49) with supply and financial analyst support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide logistics support and expertise across a full spectrum of logistics systems to assigned squadrons maintenance support; particularly FASTDATA and NTCSS.
• Utilize NTCSS, FASTDATA and other systems to perform analysis, reconciliation and generate reports.
• Review, create, receive, or amend government documents including DOD E-mail, Servmart, MIPR (2275/6) and 1348s.
• Direct and coordinate funding orders for clients designed to ensure effective and efficient financial support.
• Analyze and evaluate status of funds to ensure full support of clients.
• Draft all required contract for work and services and routes to Comptroller’s office for approval.
• Process all fuel used by flying squadrons.
• Review, create, receive, or amend all documents required for supplies and/or services.
• Conduct complete audit of all active aircraft flight packets to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Compile, work, and submit all End of Month reports to Comptroller’s office for review.
• Compile all flight hours from flying squadron as well as fuel consumption and submit to Wing monthly.
• Ensure all flight packet training and Air Card training is completed quarterly from flight personnel.
• Successfully conduct an End of Fiscal Year closeout for financials.
• Any and all other duties as directed by the Program Manager.

Required education/ skills background:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S.).
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline with four (4) years of R-Supply/NALCOMIS experience. A substitute for the education requirement would be six years’ experience with R-SUPPLY/NALCOMIS.
• Current holder of a DOD SECRET security clearance.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) highly desired
