Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced handyman/maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in building maintenance, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure that all facilities are in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in building maintenance.
• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Timeliness and dependability.
