Haley Residential, a privately held company that owns & manages apartment communities, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the beautiful Georgetown Park Apartments in Fenton, MI. We offer:

This position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our apartment communities, ensuring our residents’ comfort & safety. This position will prepare vacant apartment to make-ready status for new resident move-ins and assist with completing work orders submitted by residents. Requirements include:

· Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repair such as: electrical, plumbing, AC/heating, appliances, carpentry, painting, etc. 1-year prior related experience & HVAC experience preferred.

· Ability to rotate on-call over weekends, nights & holidays to ensure that residents’ emergencies are handled in a timely manner.

· Knowledge of safety regulations with an ability to maintain the highest safety standards

· State driver’s license & working vehicle for use during business hours.

· Ability to provide personal hand tools for your use at work.
