• Perform repairs, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance for clubhouse.
• Assist in maintaining and improving operating conditions for building systems.
• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues that arise and follow-up on unresolved items.
• Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work and maintains a safe work environment.

• Two (2) years’ experience in general building maintenance and trades, including handy work.
• Knowledge in HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, and construction. A/V experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull and push materials up to 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.
• Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and evenings when necessary.
