Compensation:

• Pay range $26.35 - $34.55 / hour depending on experience level

• Shift differentials ($0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift)

You Will:

• Repair and maintain conveyor systems, production machines, and equipment

• Install, troubleshoot, replace, repair, adjust and modify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment

• Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment

• Read, use, and update shop prints and manufacturer’s manuals for servicing and installation of equipment and distribution systems

• Follow all plant and corporate safety and food safety procedures

• Create and close out work orders and add specs info to SAP system

You Have:

• High School diploma or GED

• two years prior maintenance experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding in a production environment or two-year technical degree. Must have advanced knowledge of:

  • Drive train - belts, pulleys, sprockets and chain

  • Electrical - 110 single phase and 480 & 230 v 3 phase

  • PLC troubleshooting and basic programing changes

  • Motor control circuits

  • Fabrication - sanitary welding (TIG), grinding, assembly

  • Hydraulic - motors, pumps, valves

  • Pneumatics - air valves and controls

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Ability to teach, learn from, and work well with others and attend continued education courses
