What You'll Do:

- Get comfortable with being uncomfortable, we love thinking outside the box.
- Be able to make repairs in all facets of property maintenance including HVAC, electrical, appliances, making apartments ready, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Wear many hats and enjoy juggling.
- Be a fixer, tool belt provided.
What You'll Need:
- 1 to 2 years in a Maintenance Technician role within the multifamily sector specifically student housing.
- Ability to make repairs in all aspects of property maintenance.
- EPA Universal, CPO
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for diffusing challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
