Fogelman is interviewing experienced Maintenance Supervisors for The Moorings Apartments, located in the League City area of Houston. This 201-unit community is seeking an experienced working Maintenance Supervisor that can oversee maintenance for the property The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years as a working supervisor and minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, is EPA certified, strong with plumbing and appliance repairs, is highly organized, energetic and possesses strong overall maintenance skills.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of proven supervisory experience
- Skilled in HVAC with HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal);
- Experienced as a working supervisor
- Strong with plumbing & appliance repair
- Proven knowledge of electrical, carpentry & sheetrock
- Oversees Preventive Maintenance Program for property
- Experienced inspecting grounds, building & other community features, manage the turnkey operations & works directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
- Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi & HappyCo
- Excellent with customer service skills, prioritizing work and delegation to team
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & possess strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Provide own tools
- Ability to take after hours and on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
