Established Timeshare Management Company is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as Maintenance Supervisor position in Incline Village, NV.

Summary

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintenance of areas of the resort by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Take inventory of materials and equipment.

Order supplies for the department.

Make advanced plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning repairs.

Train employees in advanced repairs.

Make recommendations for improvement and replacement of resort equipment.

Assign tasks to be completed by other maintenance staff.

Assist in all energy conservation efforts.

In the absence of the Chief Maintenance, supervise the maintenance staff (4 minimum or solely responsible for all maintenance at a single resort) with a minimum of 10 units.

Assist in adjustments for annual budget.

Wear and/or utilize any safety equipment as directed by Management.

Enforces safety regulations.

Performs activities of workers supervised.

Any other tasks as determined necessary by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages 1+ subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 1+ employees in the Maintenance Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises 1+ non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
