Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Chippewa Falls, WI plant's Electrical, Mechanical and Facility Maintenance activities to ensure a safe and profitable facility. They will coordinate day to day activities within the maintenance department to balance staffing, workflow, eliminating bottlenecks that can hinder plant production.
Set priority and direct Maintenance department in day to day activities- Allocate workload and supervise maintenance, MRO Specialist, and janitorial staff
- Help maintain MRO program
- Coordinate and oversee contractors
- Maintain maintenance logs, work order system, and report on daily activities
- Responsible for maintaining monthly and yearly operating expenses
- Evaluate daily and monthly machine downtime and efficiency reports
- A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent and applicable work-related experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years in a manufacturing environment leading a team
- Plastics experience a plus
- Must be able to adjust schedule to accommodate all shifts
