Seeking highly motivated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our beautiful apartment community in the St.Pete / Gandy area. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail. HVAC experience is required. Base pay is based on skills, experience and leadership level. Great work environment and benefits!

Responsibilities Include:

• All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
• Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Completing service requests
• Grounds maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• HVAC certification preferred but not required
• Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience preferred
• Plumbing & electrical skills
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
• Own tools & transportation
• Strong communication skills
