TITLE: Maintenance Secretary
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Director
METHOD OF PAY: Hourly
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The primary purpose of the position is to perform secretarial duties, recordkeeping functions, to assist the Maintenance Director in the needs of the facility in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility and as directed by the Maintenance Director to assure that proper administrative procedures are maintained at all times.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Scheduling, of maintenance work orders to include working with outside vendors
- Responsible for all the up keep on the books for weekly generator checks, Daily temps, painting schedule, and Fire drills for the state.
- Organize and file work orders
- Process, follow up and maintain invoices for payment

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
