We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact to our continuously growing Property Management division! The main objective of this Maintenance Property Manager is to oversee vendors and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of 300+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties. You will wear many hats including speaking to our tenants and landlords, coordinating maintenance and repairs, onboarding new vendors, etc. In this role, your primary goals are to oversee inspections and renovations within the portfolio, hold vendors accountable and protect the investment of our landlords.

This role will require travel across OC and LA. A company Vehicle will be available.

Annual Compensation

Base Salary + Commissions


Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate vendor quotes and invoices to achieve competitive pricing
  • Maintain vendor list and obtain necessary documentation to remain on our vendor list
  • Screen, hire, fire, and manage vendors performing repairs and renovations
  • Handle all move-in and move-out inspections
  • Communicate with Landlords and Owner
  • Manage all property renovations and projects
  • Create recommended repairs list for new properties and vacant properties to be rent ready
  • Assist Maintenance Coordinator with tenant repair request
  • Onboard occupied and vacant properties

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Property Management experience - Residential Property Management preferred
  • Experience with Property Management software - Appfolio is preferred
  • Experience with CRM software, SuiteCRM is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
