Job description
Looking for an energetic part time maintenance person at an apartment complex located in Washington NC.
28 hours per week
Applicants must be able to do minor electrical, plumbing, paint, clean, handle basic resident work orders, perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, and make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
You need to have your own tools. Punctuality and reliability are a must!
Must have a valid driver's license with your own transportation. You must be able to pass a credit, criminal & drug test. Must have good employment references.
