Job Title: Maintenance Planner (North Slope)
Salary Range: $50.00-55.00/ Hour, DOE
Schedule: 2 Weeks On, 2 Weeks Off - Rotational

Job Description:
The Maintenance Planner is primarily responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Udelhoven’s lookahead execution plan for the Operations and Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Planner has critical responsibilities within the work management process, requiring close working relationships with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to implement the process as defined.
Job Duties:
· Plans, estimates, procures/expedites materials and equipment and coordinates contracts resources required to perform preventative and corrective maintenance, major repair projects, inspections, and capital construction projects.
· Engages in periodic meetings with Anchorage resources should be expected to facilitate development of the integrated plans.
· Specifically responsible for Planning and Backlog Management in the work process.
· Responsibilities may be for all or part of multiple budget categories such as Minor Capital Improvements, Operations Managed Capital, Major Repair Expense and Base Operating & Maintenance.
· Works directly with the North Slope-based Integrated Planning team to transition long-term planned items into the field execution schedule.
· Facilitates meetings to review new notifications, ensuring data quality for all new work orders and prioritizing the backlog.
Requirements:
· Willing and able to work in remote sites in the Arctic, including working outside in harsh weather conditions.
· Willing and able to work 14 days on (2 weeks), 14 days off (2 weeks) work schedule.
· Self-motivated leader who can takes accountability and meets deadlines.
· Models adaptability by responding resourcefully, flexibly, and positively when face with new challenges and demands.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Teams, and Outlook.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the capability of giving work direction and oversight to contract work groups.
Experience:
· Three (3) or more years of experience in process maintenance project planning.
· One (1) or more year of experience with plant and drill site maintenance activities including mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, and welding crafts.
· Electrical background/experience, preferred.
Education:
· High school diploma or GED.
