We currently have openings for full-time production maintenance employees. This is a 1st shift position and is required to work 40-50 hours per week, including some weekend hours.

Essential Functions:

• Make repairs and adjustments on feeders, water, ventilation, egg collection equipment (including egg counting equipment), and manure scrapers/belt systems
• Walk pit areas to monitor and fix any water leaks and to check louvers and exhaust fans
• Lubricate equipment and perform preventative maintenance
• Add or replace any missing or spent bulbs
• Order and receive parts as well as inventory of spare parts
• Communicate issues/findings/concerns to Manager
• Other duties as assigned or as needed

Job Requirements:

• Work both indoor and outdoor
• Work in wet and dirty environments
• Use electric hand tools, volt meters, and wire electrical motors from a wiring diagram
• Work in tight spaces
• Transport approximately 50 lbs.
• Move throughout the facility using steps and ladders when needed
• Skid loader experience
