• Monday-Friday, 6am start
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Located in Reading, PA towards Hamburg
• Starting $105,000-130,000/year

Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Manager:

• Directing workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Assisting with preventive and routine maintenance on machines
• Scheduling maintenance personnel and assist with payroll
• Assigning job duties and work assignments
• Purchasing equipment

Job Requirements for Maintenance Manager:

• Associates Degree or technical school training preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous supervising experience
• Experience working with electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• PLC knowledge and experience programming robotic equipment
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong computer skills and CMMS experience
