Part Time Maintenance, Landscape and Cleaning in Kailua

Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 4:30pm

Maintain the physical integrity of the Community at all times.

Insure a safe and secure living environment for residents.

Identify and correct any maintenance, landscape, and cleaning problems.

Install and Uninstall elevator padding and flooring.

Keep grounds free of litter and keep in a neat, clean appearance.

Trim plants and weed where necessary.

Must be able to operate small hand tools, whether battery or electric tools.

Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs bending stooping kneeling, reaching overhead on a regular basis with no restrictions.

Janitorial work consists of cleaning trash rooms, sweeping floors, mopping entry floors, wipe down hand rails, clean doors and walls.

Accomplish tasks as assigned by the Site Manager.

Must be willing to follow instructions, have a positive attitude, friendly to owners, tenants and be able to pass a background, drug test and have a good driving record.

Pay is $20.00 an hour.
