Job description
Performance of duties as a general maintenance technician for a multiple medical building environment.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Assist tradesman with their general duties in these areas.
o Electrical/Lighting
o Mechanical
o Plumbing
o Roofing
2. Finish work.
o Prepare, patch and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
o Install wall items
o Install flooring
§ VCT
§ Carpet
o Repair doors.
§ Interior
§ Exterior
o Repair cabinetry and furniture
o Replace damaged/stained ceiling tiles
o Manage and/or assist with furniture move
· Maintain and develop the grounds.
o Trim bushes, shrubs, trees
o Edge sidewalks
· Maintain lawn tools and equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $18.72 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
