RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Facilities Technician. The regular schedule will be 9am-5:30pm weekdays. The ideal candidate candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently. You will be part of an interdependent team focused on supporting Ridgeview's overall mission.

REQUIREMENTS
The Maintenance Facilities Technician position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Requires a technical school certificate or combination of education and experience that demonstrates proficiency with general mechanical experience in maintenance work including plumbing, minor electrical, painting and general carpentry tasks. The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot, repair and replace equipment as necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to operate various types of motor vehicles and must possess a valid driver's license as required by the Tennessee Department of Public Safety. Prefer candidates with strong computer skills, especially Excel.

JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Facilities Technician maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the supervisor.
