Savage Services is looking for an ambitious team member whose primary responsibilities will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.

What you'll be doing:

• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, consistent high volume environment
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Professional interaction and collaboration with other Savage Team Members
• Dependability in attendance is required
• Prepare service schedule by capturing the needs of our customers and organizing the movement of our people and equipment
• Track logs and maintain asset management files and the reporting system
• Work with an inventory system, generating reports at set intervals
• Accurately prepare and maintain all daily, weekly and monthly reporting and compliance as required

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be physically able to do the following:
• Sit for long periods of time
• Work with telephones, computer and other office equipment
• Lift up to 25lbs regularly
• Wear required PPE
