Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team!

JOB SUMMARY:
The Transitional Care Center of Seattle is accepting applications for a
Maintenance Coordinator to assist with general maintenance responsibilities throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Repair and/or replace electrical outlets
- Perform maintenance and repair of basic plumbing
- Perform basic carpentry repairs including wall repair
- Perform medical equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Perform preventative maintenance as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Required: General experience in equipment maintenance; demonstrated skills in using proper basic hand tools and materials
- Required: Able to assess physical plant problems and respond to physical plant problems.
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, copper, galvanized, and plastic pipe
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of HVAC
- Preferred: Working knowledge of building codes, fire regulations, and emergency plant operations.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required: Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
- Preferred: Industry experience or similar general maintenance and repair background
