Job description
Pushpa Management LLC DBA Metro Inn is currently looking for a full time building maintenance to be able to perform basic repairs on the interior and exterior of the building including inside the rooms. The duties of this position will consist of the following.
- Sheetrock and plaster compound patching and repair on walls.
- Plumbing troubleshooting such as unclogging drains, replacing toilet units and tanks as well as minor preventative maintenance such as tightening / repairing / cleaning of faucets, bathtub shower heads and drains. This includes replacing P-trap pipes under the sink.
- HVAC troubleshooting such as replacing PTAC units and preventative maintenance.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work such as replacing an electrical outlet, reset breaker panels, hardwiring batteries for exit signs and replacing light bulbs.
- Protect Company assets by properly securing tools, equipment and supplies.
- Maintain communication with workers and management of violation of company policies and reporting any sort of broken appliances / supplies.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Knowledgeable of tile work, grouting, caulking and painting.

Pushpa Management LLC DBA Metro Inn actualmente está buscando un mantenimiento del edificio a tiempo completo para poder realizar reparaciones básicas en el interior y el exterior del edificio, incluido el interior de las habitaciones. Las funciones de este cargo consistirán en las siguientes.
- Reparación y parcheo de yeso y yeso en paredes.
- Solución de problemas de plomería, como desatascar desagües, reemplazar unidades de inodoro y tanques, así como también mantenimiento preventivo menor, como apretar/reparar/limpiar grifos, duchas de bañera y desagües. Esto incluye reemplazar las tuberías del sifón debajo del fregadero.
- Resolución de problemas de HVAC, como reemplazo de unidades PTAC y mantenimiento preventivo.
- Mantener una actitud positiva, empática y profesional hacia los clientes en todo momento.
- Conocimiento básico del trabajo eléctrico, como reemplazar un tomacorriente, restablecer los paneles de interruptores, conectar baterías para las señales de salida y reemplazar las bombillas.
- Proteger los activos de la Compañía asegurando adecuadamente las herramientas, equipos y suministros.
- Mantener comunicación con los trabajadores y la gerencia de la violación de las políticas de la empresa y reportar cualquier tipo de electrodomésticos / suministros rotos.
- Debe poder empujar, jalar, levantar y transportar al menos 50 libras.
- Conocedor del trabajo de azulejos, lechada, calafateo y pintura.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
