Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities of CNC Machine shop, welding shop and mechanical assembly

• Review all new jobs
• Provide required information to the PMs for quoting process
• Provide general support to production supervisor and team as needed
• Manage the tooling inventory and budget
• Ensure production, safety, and quality procedures are being followed
• Assess, train, and coach to improve department's overall performance
• Coordinate process flow with other departments

Abilities:

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
• Strong CNC programing skills on mills and lathes
• Experience with CAD-CAM software
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
