Nye Lubricants Inc., a member fo the FUCHS Group, located in Fairhaven, MA, is a leader in the innovation, formulation and manufacturer of synthetic lubricants. Nye’s lubricants add value to products in a wide range of industries and applications.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Preparation, setup, and adjusting of various automated and manual packaging machines to ensure they are ready for operation to process the daily customer orders required
• Movement of manufactured product and packaging using forklift/ pallet truck, drum lift, pallet jack, and hand truck
• Assist with filling packaging orders when not performing equipment setups or material movement
• Entering of work orders into Maintenance Connection and follow through until close out
• Maintain communication with coworkers and the relevant departmental managers to ensure the correct sequence to prepare packaging machines for manufacturing orders
• Assist/supports team members and readily shares information

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing and computer skills required
• Analytical & Mathematic skills
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required
• Eight hours of walking/standing/sitting
• Pushing/Pulling/Moving of raw material containers and production equipment
