Job description
We have various full-time, permanent/direct hire Machine Operator opportunities with Lindt in Stratham, NH, working in a state-of-the-art plant that manufacturers, packs, and ships CHOCOLATE! This position focuses on the daily set-up and operation of manufacturing machines. This individual ensures all L&S safety and quality standards are consistently met.
MUST HAVE:
- Manufacturing equipment experience/ will train right candidate.
- Understand Total Productive Management to include Autonomous Management, Preventive Maintenance & Safety and be able to perform basic maintenance on the machine to include, inspection, lubrication and basic repair.
- High School Diploma.
The position comes with:
- A base salary of $20.00-$24.00/hr (depending on shift) PLUS sign on bonus of $1,000-$3,000 (paid after 45 days)
- 1st shift: Mon.-Fri., 6a-2:30p; $20.00/hr. base pay plus $1,000 sign on bonus.
- 2nd shift: Mon.-Fri., 2p-10:30p; $22.00/hr. base pay plus $2,000 sign on bonus.
- 3rd shift: Mon.-Fri., 10p-6:30a; $24.00/hr. base pay plus $3,000 sign on bonus.
- $5,000 REFERRAL fee (until end of January - per person you refer)
