Come join our Belmark team! We are currently seeking at Press Operator Assistant on 1st Shift at our Phoenix, AZ plant. As an industry leading printing company for the packaging industry, we are seeking the right individual to join our growing team.
Schedule:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday
- 8 shifts with consistent hours
- Currently offering DOUBLE time for any overtime!
Position Highlights:
- Set-up machines, make machine adjustments and stage materials when needed.
- Learn and gain full knowledge of press operation.
- Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
- Ensure top quality during runs, perform quality assurance testing, data collection and administrative functions
- Take accurate notes for reference guide when operating press independently.
- Learn to fully understand schedules and how to complete necessary paperwork.
Position Requirements:
- Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.
- Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
- Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
- Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
