SUMMARY OF JOB:
Provides physical therapy evaluation and interventions to help individuals maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and functioning, enabling optimal performance and enhancing health, well being and quality of life across the lifespan. Supports the Rehabilitation Coordinator in her duties. Acts as a resource and mentor to staff members and demonstrates expertise and advanced skills in physical therapy practice.

To perpetuate the mission of the hospital through the provision of efficient health services directed toward maximizing patient function and independence in a caring and compassionate manner.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Provides documentation of completion of a Bachelor/Master/Doctorate post graduate program from an accredited program for physical therapy.
- Possess a PA state license in good standing and meets State statutory regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in a courteous, tactful, poised and professional manner.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of practice as a Physical Therapist
- Holds a specialty certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists or demonstrates advanced skill in physical therapy practice.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a PA state license in good standing and meets State statutory regulations
