Personnel Source is currently seeking a Lumber Associate to fill an opening with a local lumber distribution company located in North Portland.

Requirements of the Lumber Associate

• Must not be afraid of heights
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Lumber Associate

• Assign tags to outbound rail/truck shipments
• Print Bill of Lading and complete orders
• Load and unload inbound trucks
• Hang cables and tie down cars when loaded
• Custom cut lumber to customer specifications
• Repack units
• Barcode and paper wrap units
• Able to help in all aspects of the yard as needed
• General clean up duties

Shift Schedule

Flexible Day Shift

5:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday

7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Occasional overtime expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
