Amazing Care Home Health Services is currently hiring LPNs - Licensed Practical Nurse - for Home Healthcare Visits in the Aurora, Co Area.
Coverage Areas: Aurora and Surrounding Areas.

Job Requirements:
- Home health experience required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.
- Provide effective communication to patients/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
- Easy one-button EVV clocking in /out
