Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, located in Springdale, Ohio is seeking full-time LPN's to work both day shift (7a-730p) and night shift (7p-730a). The starting pay for this position is $26.00 per hour, there is also a $2.00 shift differential for night shift. Not interested in full-time right now? Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensures the nurses' notes reflect the care plan is being followed when administering nursing care of treatment.
• Gathers resident information and data to be utilized by the RN in comprehensive assessments, MDS, and RAPS.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges residents according to established procedures.
• Requisitions and arranges for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physician, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Administers professional services such as catheterizations, tube feedings, suctioning, dressing changes, care for the dead/dying, vital signs, etc
• Must have an active LPN license for State of Ohio
