A rare opportunity for an experienced LPN to work as a dedicated caregiver for one individual in their home. Full-time position with excellent benefits for a company that prioritizes quality of care and the value of person-centered support. This position is located in the Blue Ridge, VA area just outside of Roanoke.

Current LPN license as well as reliability and flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends if needed is REQUIRED.

Experience with Type 1 Diabetes management and complex seizure management preferred.

Hiring dependent on references and criminal background check free of barrier crimes. Active driver’s license with acceptable driving record required that meets the following guidelines:

· Minimum of 3 years of driving experience

· No more than 2 moving violations or accidents within past 3 years

· No major violations within past 5 years
