HumanEdge is looking to hire a License Practical Nurse to work in an LTC Rehabilitation and assisted living facility in Newington, CT

- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
- Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Nursing Home or Hospital setting
- License/Registration: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Connecticut
- Other: Demonstrates initiative, judgement and dependability
- BLS
