Rosewood Assisted Living is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team working any shift; offering competitive pay, professional development and room for advancement.

Job Description
Supports all health care services throughout the community. Provides clinical services to Residents, train caregivers and supervises direct care staff. Oversees the work performed by the HWD and HCC. Provides input for services planning for residents as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans. Recommend Health Care Services goals and assist with their implementation. Work with the HWD/HCC to supervise, oversee, and coordinate the work of caregivers to meet Residents’ needs.

Education and Requirements
Current license as a LPN or RN (as required by state guidelines) to include annual continuing education requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification as required by state regulatory agency.
Must be a licensed RN (as required by state guidelines) and any necessary examination(s) in accordance with laws of this State. Prefer prior experience as a RN, LPN/LVN for at least 3 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
