We are currently seeking a full-time Working Foreman to join our team. As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for "hands-on" residential new and existing construction and general handyman services for single and multifamily properties. This includes managing workflow on multiple properties, multiple teams, and subcontractors.

Requirements:
- Experience in framing, forming, carpentry, grading and drainage is REQUIRED.
- Experience leading a construction crew is REQUIRED.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills are REQUIRED.
- Ability to read plans and blueprints is REQUIRED.
- Working knowledge of Universal Building Code and construction regulations is REQUIRED.

- Hands-on knowledge and experience with light construction from foundation to finish
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Available to work Monday-Saturday
- Willing to travel occasionally for projects in California

As a Working Foreman, your key responsibilities will include assisting with and leading all aspects of hands-on construction and property preservation tasks, maintaining site safety, overseeing construction and maintenance staff, assessing job priorities, communicating with supervisors, giving instructions, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
