Job Summary: To schedule workloads, train associates, and ensure that all daily functions of warehouse & shipping are completed timely and accurately.

Essential Functions:

• Schedule workloads for Warehouse & Shipping department
• Responsible for carry out the completion of 5S
• Track inventory movement to ensure accurate transactions
• Coordinate all expedited shipments
• Attend daily shift hand over & gemba meetings and communicate any issues
• Be a cross functions team member with Receiving department
• Monitor associates for productivity & ensure they are following work instructions & OPLs
• Update gemba boards & data files for KPIs and daily targets
• Must be able to travel on short notice, sometimes overnight
• All other duties assigned

Education:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

• 3 years supervisory experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in inventory control, receiving and shipping
• Strong Experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, Access & Outlook a must

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Forklift certified (Internal training class)
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Oracle experience a plus
• Must be a licensed driver with a safe BMV record
• Work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company

Physical/Ergonomic Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
