Job description

An exceptional Logistics Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including loading, unloading, and organizing every aspect of company shipments. This position will also assist with loading and unloading trucks on a daily basis. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented applicant who is capable of quickly learning how to safely handle the materials we use to transport items such as electronics, appliances and heavy machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with freight forwarding services providers, modes of transportation, and logistical operations.
• Use document management systems to keep track of demand, receive, and ship orders.
• Understand the supply chain management process.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Keep track of customs documentation and freight forwarding.
• Book shipments and maintain shipment records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
