About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized & detail-oriented individual to join our Inventory team as a full-time Inventory Specialist at our new Chelsea, NY location. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate and efficient flow and movement of luxury designer handbags and accessories in and out of the FASHIONPHILE facility
• Pulling merchandise from shelves or bins in a timely manner for shipping, showroom, and personal assistants/customer service as needed
• Placing merchandise on designated shelves or carts leading to the shipping area
• Hand-delivering merchandise to the showroom or other departments as needed
• Organizing proper storage of incoming merchandise to be stored on shelves, bins or other designated areas
• Ensuring inventory items are properly labeled with appropriate tags and labels that meet FASHIONPHILE standards
• Providing assistance to other inventory specialists as needed
• Communicating to Lead and/or Manager any discrepancies or issues
• Participating in scheduled inventory cycle counts as needed

• Extremely organized and able to multitask
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body, arms and/or legs
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
