Logistics Customer Service Agent - Level 2
Job description
A Leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry is seeking a full-time Level 2 Customer Service Agent for their Jacksonville location. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with occasional Saturday morning shift.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for working with customers to resolve customer issues, quoting customers, routing shipments, working with vendors and carriers, negotiating carrier pricing, data entry, tracking and tracing shipments, and working with co-workers to ensure all daily customer service functions are completed.
