This Logistics Assistant With Small But Mighty Team Position Features:

The Logistics Admin. Assistant will be a position to assist with the documentation, reporting logs and coordination of the shipment of raw materials and finished goods to locations outside the US as well as importation to the US. This includes filing documentation on, logging information for tracking shipments, matching loading tickets to invoices and assisting as needed for the logistics clerks and manager. This position involves interaction with various internal department personnel and country managers as well as external customers and freight facilitators. The applicant should possess good written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in this fast-paced environment. AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
