Job description

Remote position for a Korean English bilingual speaker to provide customer service and logistics support for lithium-ion batteries for residential renewable systems: a key product for the sustainable future of our planet.

Rapidly growing customer service team within a global leading electronics company that has tens of thousands of global employees, excellent employee benefits, and a reputation for high quality products and outstanding customer service.

We have placed fifteen people in this team and received excellent feedback on the training and friendly team as well as the development opportunities with several people already having been promoted and the team doubling in size.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and own up-to-date daily of warranty (return material authorization / RMA) submissions and approvals data
• Receive and keep record of invoices from customers, partners, and sub-contractors
• Coordinate with the internal team for approvals and to process invoices
• Support internal reporting requirements (expenses, RMAs, invoices etc.)

Requirements:

• Work experience in role with administrative duties strongly preferred (entry level with associate degree considered)
• High School diploma required, Associate degree in business or similar preferred
• Advanced skills in excel
• Bilingual Korean – English
• Excellent communication; verbal and written
• Logistics / customer service experience (preferred, not essential)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
