Summary
Provide quality, accurate and timely consumer loan operations processing and customer service involving consumer loan applications and consumer loan documents.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Process unsecured, CD, Savings, Titled, Marketable Securities and Real estate secured loans in a timely manner
- Obtain, order, and analyze all documentation with the ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
- Review all closing info to verify the structure of the loan is in accordance to the approval
- Process and document complex consumer loans and build special requests in Laser Pro that are outside of the normal product set
- Work report daily while updating bankers on the status of existing files
- May be requested to complete other duties, special projects or trainings as requested
- Correspond with various Bankers, attorneys, Loan officers (etc.) and send documents in a timely manner with professional customer service
- Resolve title issues independently
- Comply with bank policies and procedures
- Comply with Flood Compliance Regulations
- Work loans in all states that are in FH footprint (recognize potential issues {fees, taxes, dates names})
Qualifications Include
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum of 1 -2 years of administrative and customer service experience, ideally in a high production setting. Prior real estate documents processing experience preferred. Prior bank experience processing consumer loans preferred.
- Work independently and with the team, prioritize work, manage pipeline, and multitask at a quick, accurate pace
- Available to work overtime and assist other team members when needed
- Demonstrate working knowledge of iOriginate, LaserPro, ALS, CMS, etc.
- Knowledgeable of insurance requirements, appraisal regulations, and the ability to read/interpret title work
- Knowledge, understanding and ability to perform all essential consumer loan functions
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers
- Full understanding of TRID
- Possess knowledge of Real Estate documents, including mortgages, judgements, liens, tax records, and affidavits of distinction
