Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full time Loading Dock Coordinatorto join our team at our luxury association, Azzurra, located in Marina del Rey.
Compensation:$22 per hour + comprehensive benefits package
Schedule:Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Job Summary
Administer the daily functions of the Loading Dock in an efficient and effective manner. Control all vehicular and pedestrian traffic passing through the rear of the property. Orchestrates the move ins and move out for both Azzurra and the Cove. Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures including, but not limited to: Move in /out procedures; Contractor Registrations; Architectural Approval Verification; Loading Dock Rules and Regulations. To act as a liaison between the Department Supervisors/Management Team and Homeowners while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
