kitchen: lead am line cook/prep

We're hiring! Morning prep 7am-2pm & line cook 9am-4pm Tues-Sat. (SUN & MON OFF)

Hourly wage plus tip pool, no nights, we take the week of fourth of july off, earned time off & discounts. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our kitchen culture and pleasant work envirnoment. In partnership with the other team members, the line cook/prep role is to maintain the highest quality of both the food and service every single day.

Duties include prepping food, cooking food, dishwashing, working with an online ordering system, working closely with others and learning the food ordering system, placing food orders

Required skills and responsibilities of this position include:

Being a part of a comfortable and relaxed but productive workplace

Quality control on every shift with every dish served

Safety standards- knife skills, fire prevention and safety knowledge

A clean and neat appearance, always ready for customer facing interactions

Pay rate based on experience
