Title: Line Cook
Objective: To place items required for work stations according to par sheets or instructions from Sous Chef. Prepare products assigned to work station during service.
Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes.
• Carefully follows standard recipes when preparing all items.
• Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
• Cleans work station and food preparation utensils.
• Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices including those related to personal hygiene.
• Completes other appropriate tasks assigned by the Sous Chef.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• A minimum three months related experience or training.
• Food safety certification preferred
• Must have basic culinary fundamental knowledge and be familiar with all kitchen equipment and machinery.
