Marisi is a modern Italian hearth cooking restaurant in the heart of La Jolla. Our food takes inspiration from traditional Italian food with an emphasis on our wood-fired hearth with hand & house made pastas. A chef driven menu with Michelin aspiration.

Candidates should have prior experience cooking at high-end restaurants. We are looking for cooks with attention to detail, ability to work as a team, a sense of urgency, and most importantly, a positive attitude.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of professional restaurant cooking

· Positive attitude

· Able to communicate effectively with other team members

· Strong Knife Skills preferred

· Wood-fired Grilling

· Sautéing

· Food Safety Knowledge

· Cleaning / Sanitation

· 200+ Covers Per Night

• Open availability on Weekends and Holidays
