Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by preparing food items consistently and adhering to all recipe standards
- Keeping refrigerators stocked, cleaned, and rotated to assure a smooth service period.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines.
- Date all food containers and rotate, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
- Possess a positive, honest, and energetic work ethic.
- Professional appearance and manner, good character to work in an open kitchen.
- Demand quality in foods prepared and customer service.
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in food service/hospitality. Serve Safe Certification is highly appreciated. Professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team. Positive, honest, and energetic work ethic.
