Polish Prince Pierogi is a family-owned and operated food service business which produces and sells pierogi and Polish baked goods. All of our products are handcrafted using a combination of traditional recipes (our pierogi dough's secret recipe is over 100 years old, brought to the US by the owner's grandmother!) and modern, gourmet ingredients and cooking techniques.

In addition to our food truck which does cooked and frozen packaged sales at local events, farmers markets, and breweries, we recently opened a new kitchen located in Brown's Corner in Billerica. All of our production takes place in this facility which also includes a storefront for walk-in shopping.

We are growing rapidly and hiring for multiple roles. We are happy to train reliable, trustworthy people interested in working in a fun, flexible, fast-paced atmosphere with ample opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in the food service industry.

Line Cooks/Griddle Masters:

• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing fillings, sauces, and dough
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Production and packaging of pierogi
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
• ServSafe certification or willingness to become ServSafe certified (cost reimbursed) is a plus
• Billerica location, 20-40 hours per week. Additional shifts available at local events, markets, and breweries as needed (ServSafe Certification required)
