Paragon Theaters and Penny Lanes Bowl & Games is looking for cooks to join our team! We are looking for full time or part time. Help serve our guests in our dine-in Lux Box auditoriums or guests bowling at Penny Lanes!
LINE COOK
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the Executive Chef’s specifications and to set up stations for service and clean stations after each shift. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the Chef and management team with daily tasks and require working shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Report to and follow Chef and management instructions
Sell top quality food while adhering to ticket times
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Clean up station after each shift and perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Skills
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook or prep cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
