LSSI is seeking a full-time Licensing Resource Supervisor for our Canton, Moline, and Galesburg offices, Monday through Friday. Under the general supervision of the CCS FP & Recruitment Manager, or designee, supervises Licensing department staff and on occasion, CWS staff. Ensures these departments operate in accordance with LSSI, COA, DCFS policy.

Essential Functions:
- Supervises licensing staff, ensuring compliance with foster home licensing standards.
- Supervise CWS staff when needed, to include any/all compliance with DCFS policy and procedures.
- Participate in any/all meetings relevant and/or meaningful to position, including, but not limited to monthly spec workgroup, Diligent Recruitment meetings.
- Develop local recruitment plan with the assistance of statewide licensing manger with the goal of increasing number of resource homes.
- Along with the above, participate in development of targeted, specialized and general recruitment plan.
Position Qualifications:
- Masters in social work or degree in related human services; 3 years’ experience in social services; ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner.
- Respond in person to client and/or foster family emergencies.
- Valid State of Illinois driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance & access to transportation to make home visits, and transport clients.
- Record of compliance with the law and clearance on the Illinois CANTS.
